We're rewriting the fast food rules at our healthy Bella Vista cafe in the heart of Sydney's Hills District.
How?
The Bowl & Bean Promise
First, we have to go back to the beginning of the Bowl & Bean story!
While our founder Nat travelled throughout the U.S. in 2013, her eating experience in New York made a big impression. There, she enjoyed salads, sandwiches, and soups at fresh, healthy eateries.
“If only there were places like this to eat at back home in the Hills”, she thought. And so the idea for Bowl & Bean was born!
Since 2021, Bowl & Bean has been transforming the fast food model by pairing in-house prepared meals made from fresh ingredients with exceptional customer service. This winning combo creates a healthy dining experience for those on the go.
By making healthy eating “exciting” for our beloved Hills District, we’re helping build a healthier community here.

The Faces of Bowl & Bean
Our founder, Nat, was a high school teacher with a dream of opening her own hospitality business.
The idea of Bowl & Bean was born with the goal of providing people with a healthy and filling alternative to traditional fast food and pre-made salad options.
Nat makes sure everyone who joins the Bowl & Bean family shares the same values. We all believe in the power of building positive and loyal relationships with our customers and preparing their delicious, nutritious food with love.
